The Four Flags Area Council on Tourism was organized in 1984 under Public Act 59 to promote tourism in the communities of Berrien Springs, Buchanan, Eau Claire, and Niles. As a non-profit member based organization, we encourage all businesses and non-profit organizations within our area to join us and help make sure people from outside our area know about all the great things we have available here.
