The Four Flags Area Council on Tourism represents communities in Berrien and Cass Counties as well as the many businesses within those communities. The Four Flags Area Council on Tourism partners hand in hand with Chambers of Commerce and Downtown Development Authorities to help promote Tourism, Business Opportunities, Health and Educational services.
